At VIN Car Reports, we are committed to providing high-quality vehicle history reports. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our services.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same report twice
  • Technical Issues: If you did not receive your report due to technical problems on our end
  • Incorrect VIN: If you entered the wrong VIN and the report was generated for the wrong vehicle
  • Service Failure: If we were unable to generate a report for a valid VIN

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • After the report has been successfully delivered and accessed
  • If you are dissatisfied with the information contained in the report
  • If the report shows negative information about the vehicle
  • If you change your mind after receiving the report
  • If you purchased the wrong report tier (Basic, Silver, or Gold)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at teamvincarreports@gmail.com
  2. Include your order reference number and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for our team to review your request

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. This may apply to cases where the report was partially delivered or contained incomplete information due to data source limitations.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
